The core of the Urban Design program is the three-semester sequence of studios. Studio I takes place during the summer semester and is focused on the New York Metro Area, Studio II consider the particular conditions of American city-regions during the fall semester, and the Studio III takes on problems of global urbanization during the spring semester. This final studio extends previous work on variously-scaled physical and social infrastructures, programmatic interventions, and community partnerships.
