Charlie Stewart

Charlie Stewart is a Vice President at CAMBA Housing Ventures, Inc. (CHV), an award-winning NYC-based affordable and supportive housing developer, where he leads new construction and preservation projects from acquisition through planning, design, financing, construction, and lease-up. Before joining CHV, Charlie was the Assistant Director of Development at St. Nicks Alliance, a Brooklyn-based non-profit community developer. During his six-year tenure, he led the development of 780 housing units totaling $220 million and assembled a pipeline of 2,290 units representing over $877 million in future cost. Previously, Charlie worked in leasing and asset management at Edens and Boston Properties in Washington, D.C.

Charlie holds a Master of Science in Urban Planning from Columbia GSAPP and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Colorado College.
