Haig Nazarian

Haig Nazarian is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Real Estate Development program at Columbia GSAPP. He is also co-founder and Principal of Hudson Point Partners, a vertically integrated real estate investment and management company focused on acquiring, developing, and operating residential and commercial properties in the United States. He has 14+ years of experience in real estate investments and development.

Prior to establishing Hudson Point Partners, Mr. Nazarian was the Director of Development at CGI+, a leading real estate owner, operator, and developer where he was responsible for the acquisition and development of mixed-use and residential development properties in Southern California.

Prior to CGI+, Haig worked at Urban Edge Properties (NYSE: UE) and CIM Group acquiring, entitling, and managing the development and redevelopment of large-scale regional shopping centers in the NY Tristate area, as well as 1,700+ apartment units, and mixed-use projects totaling over 2.6 million square feet in Los Angeles, New York, Miami, and Mexico.

Haig graduated with a BA in Economics, History, and Russian Studies from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor and holds a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
