Michael Adelstein

Michael is an Assistant Vice President at Taconic Partners, a New York City-based real estate development and investment firm. In his role, Michael is responsible for asset management and development functions of key assets in Taconic’s New York City portfolio across the office, life sciences, studio production, and retail asset classes.

Prior to joining Taconic Partners, Michael worked at Capstone Realty Group, a family office investment and development group that owns several million square feet of class A/B suburban office and grocery-anchored shopping centers in the greater NYC tri-state and South Florida regions.

Michael earned a bachelor’s degree in Business & Hotel Administration from Cornell University with a minor in Real Estate, and a master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia GSAPP.
