Newburgh Rowing Club is a micro-urban project that brings together three user groups — rowers, passers-by, and boat-makers — while it extends Hudson River Waterfront Trail and connects it to Quassaick Creek. The three volumes — boat workshop, exterior boat storage, and an operational unit with gym, cafe, offices — are unified with the continuous, vernacular roof.
