Model

This proposal tries to create a softer development by proposing a three-phase project. The first phase is to acquire lots step by step through a CLT with the priority being lots that are turned into the ground floor areas for larger uses. The second phase, with the help of property guardianship, converts the vacant acquired lots for temporary uses. The third phase, a tower, aims to use the existing and new structures as frameworks to imagine a new scenario for housing more permanent programs.
