Everyone has their own social masks. We wear different masks in front of different people. I believe people have five layers of masks. The first layer is the thinnest and easiest to break through; I think it’s makeup. The second layer is the hardest and is the mask we show to others most frequently in our daily lives. When people come to the third layer, they can see the relatively softer parts. I chose to use second-hand clothes to create this layer because we all need to dress ourselves for protection. In the fourth layer, they will see the trauma they experienced; We have all experienced trauma, and we bury these wounds deep within. This layer is terrifying; For the fifth layer, I hope it is adorned with diamonds and is beautiful because I believe that the deepest part of every person’s heart is the most beautiful.
