By integrating native New York City plants and Utilizing sunlight exposure determined by neighbor contexts, the design enhances biodiversity and redefines traditional boundaries between interior and exterior spaces. The results transform the original typical and repetitive office floor plans into a dynamic set of systems that varies in different floors. Key features include reshaping building podiums to improve sunlight penetration, expanding the facade with mechanisms to regulate microclimate, and integrating a self-sufficient water reuse system.
