I used the existing swimming pool to create an exhibition on a drainage system currently in use in Venice. When the flood comes again, the flood will be diverted here and enter the swimming pool by raising the ground of the new building and enclosing the low walls of the old and new buildings.This is where the drainage system can play a role. My design concept was derived from the structure of the original building. I want to extract the geometric shape of the diamond shape as the main element of the new building and use it to connect the old and new buildings.In addition to the original structure, I also want to extend the relationship between the walls and the structure of the old building to the new building so that they can have a richer relationship and jointly create an exhibition space.
