The project criticizes the current situation that streets only serve as urban networks. By studying how existing open streets transform streets and Jackson Heights residents’ demands for cultural activities, the project uses inflatable as a new medium to activate street spaces. Through rope knot and design dictionary to help local residents create their own urban spaces.
