200 to 206 St. Nicholas Avenue is a group of four residential buildings, located at the
northeast corner of Saint Nicholas Avenue and West 120 Street. According to the Record and Build Guide, the four five-story stone front flats, named Scotia, were built in 1889. The architect, C.P.H. Gilbert, designed it for the owner David T. Kidd.
