Kelly McFadden

Adjunct Assistant Professor

Kelly McFadden has extensive experience as a licensed architect, designing and delivering a variety of project types. At Viñoly she designed the residences of an award-winning, 2.4m sf mixed-use development in Cupertino, California, and a 500’ condominium tower in Manhattan. With DXA studio she worked on numerous large-scale multi-family developments in Manhattan and Brooklyn, and she managed the construction of a luxury penthouse in a NYC landmarked building and the design of an equine therapy and retreat center.

With Left Lane, Kelly has helped manage the construction and opening of the 149-key, Hotel Bardo Savannah. She is also currently leading the design and construction of half a million SF across assets in Savannah, GA and Phoenix, AZ, which will be the inaugural launch for Left Lane’s second boutique hospitality brand, Recess.

Kelly completed her Master’s in Real Estate Development at Columbia GSAPP and her B.Arch at Virginia Tech.
