Sky Gellatly

Sky Gellatly, Co-Founder and CEO of ICNCLST/, stands at the forefront of innovative marketing and artist management, wielding over 20 years of experience to sculpt groundbreaking collaborations with top-tier brands and creative talents. With a visionary approach, he seamlessly merges digital media, social media, and brand management to elevate partnerships and campaigns, demonstrating a unique prowess in steering projects that resonate on a global scale. Gellatly’s leadership extends beyond business, impacting communities through active roles in empowering non-profit organizations, showcasing his commitment to leveraging his expertise for societal benefit.

Since founding ICNCLST/, Sky has helped drive powerful collaborations and campaigns for brands such as Comme des Garçons, Google, Levi’s, Louis Vuitton, Nike, and Off-White—among many others—with those partners leveraging his expertise and unique vision of marketing, communications, and branding. During the same expanse of time, he and his team have simultaneously led powerful artist collaborations with creative luminaries and institutions such as Nina Chanel Abney, Devon Ojas, Marc Jacobs, Futura, Nigo, Nas, Samuel Ross, The Noguchi Museum, MoMA, and Takashi Murakami—among many others.

Prior to founding ICNCLST/, Gellatly served as managing partner at the New York City-based marketing agency Team Epiphany. There he drove brand work across the functions of marketing and communications, content creation, and relationship management for brands such as Nike, Converse, Rock the Vote, and Incase. Earlier in his career, Gellatly also served as the first Marketing Director for HYPEBEAST in North America, lead communications and collaborations for Flight Club, and held several editorial roles at Condé Nast, MTV.com, and Complex.

Outside of his work in marketing and editorial, he has performed as a professional DJ, having served as one of Grammy-winning musician Lupe Fiasco’s tour DJs. He brings this first-hand experience of being an artist to inform his work at ICNCLST/; this context has proven invaluable when managing and consulting for an impressive list of artists, world-class brands, and highly innovative creators.

A passionate athlete, Sky played soccer at Hamilton College, where he was honored as an NCAA Scholar Athlete All-American in 2002. In 2018 he was selected by Stanford University to participate in their Impact Program for Arts Leaders program (IPAL). Gellatly also serves on the National Board of Directors for Street Soccer USA and Free Arts NYC.
