Elaine Molinar is an architect and Managing Partner of Snøhetta’s US practice, a 100-person interdisciplinary design studio that takes an integrative approach to architecture, landscape, and interior design. Her focus on the issues of social and physical well-being drives her work as a design leader but also as an employer and cultivator of Snøhetta’s growing practice. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Molinar is a 2019 recipient of the Texas Medal of Arts and serves on the advisory boards of the University of Texas School of Architecture, the Penn State School of Architecture, and the online editorial platform Madame Architect.
