A discussion between Thaddeus Pawlowski, Adjunct Associate Professor and Managing Director of the Center for Resilient Cities and Landscape at GSAPP, and Lindsey Wikstrom ‘16 M.Arch, Adjunct Assistant Professor at GSAPP and founding principal of Mattaforma, organized as part of the Housing Lab’s summer online series Candid Conversations: On Sustainability.

This lecture will be presented virtually, please register in advance for the Zoom webinar link.

The subject of this conversation series will be centered around sustainability in the building industry. It aims to foster down-to-earth talks between groups of GSAPP students, alumni, and professors, sharing information on what students as future professionals can expect regarding innovations and hurdles towards designing a resilient urban environment.

The talks will be moderated by the Housing Lab, with plenty of room for student questions, discussion, and exchange regarding the current state and future of sustainable design and development.
