The conversation will address the state and settler violence in East Jerusalem, Gaza, and across Palestine, situating recent events within a longer history. The event will consider the role of architecture and urban planning in enacting apartheid policies, and as sites of resistance to those policies, as well the legal and political contexts of Israeli state policies, and their spatial-political consequences in Palestine.
