Visit the online 2025 End of Year Show to see development case studies developed as part of the MSRED Capstone Course. This course synthesizes analytical, comparative, and critical processes involved in real estate development projects, transactions, and investments. Real Estate Development Property Technology Demo Day
Over the course of four weeks, the Master of Science in Real Estate Development students of Property Technology Seminar led by Adjunct Assistant Professor Brian Groudan have incubated their own ideas for a proptech application of the future. These applications ultimately furthered collective understanding of what proptech is, and can be.
